MFA's employees are encouraged to participate and serve in local community events, support local school activities, and lead nonprofit organizations. MFA encourages and supports its employees in assuming leadership roles in nonprofit organizations that promote economic development, education, support of the environment.
The following are some of the events that we sponsor and some of the organizations in which our employees serve as volunteers:
